Kundalini Yoga


Kundalini yoga was a hidden practice in India until Yogi Bhajan introduced it to the west in the 1960`s.

Yogi Bhajan had a dream to make people feel happy, healthy and holy as he believed it was their birthright.

This came at a great time of need as people were disillusioned and frustrated with the social and economic climate.

Kundalini gave people a new perspective and inspiration to lead a more healthy and vibrant life.

As a result Yogi Bhajan`s teachings spread like wildfire. Now the practice is taught all over the world.

Kundalini helps us to see what is out of balance in our lives and relationships, through this awareness we are able to correct this.

I am so blessed grateful and humbled that I can teach this powerful transformational tool.
